Cheaper version of order sent. Didn?t realise until 2 extra boxes ordered from same company Al-Murahd and they were better quality, different manufacturer and amount n box. Tiles direct refuse to refund the difference in price

Purchased tiles for our ground floor, main bathroom and en suite bathroom. Great selection of tiles, no pushy sales persons but really helpful. Luca was excellent through the purchase and even the aftercare. No issue was too much for Luca. One of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have encountered in a long time. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for tiles.

I have used Direct Tiles for both my bathroom & kitchen and I can honestly say that the service I have received was 1st class! My tiles were delivered promptly, without any problems. They look fab and are great value for money. I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. All thanks to LUCA! Delivered tiles on date and time aggreed, even helped us get the tiles near our doorstep instead of it being left on the curb. Would defo recommend this Tile company!!!! Will be using them again with all my upcoming projects.
