I made a phone enquiry about a property recently, David received my call , he was so helpful and was open and honest about the property he offered information on repairs that would need attention he also spent time talking through the pros and cons with the property, he had been the valuer on this property and had a good insight to it. a viewing was arranged, Simon showed me around the property and again he was insightful and friendly ,I called the office for a second viewing with a builder, again David spent time on the phone helping to arrange a time to suit. The office staff I dealt with chole and Jess were also polite and very helpful keeping me up to date with a complexed sale.I am not planning to move any time soon but if I did Curtis law would be the first to contact.

The service provided by Jessica Johnson and Chloe Oliver has been exceptional.Jessica originally sold me the property and was super quick at meeting to assist with me now reluctantly selling the property - no nonesense approach and punctual, comparing to Duckworths Estate agents who couldnt be bothered turnin up on time.Chloe Oliver has done amazing photography with my house and has brought it to life, showing every room beautifully - she definitely knows how to handle a camera! Beat my expectations (which is a shock to me).Im confident my house will sell like a hot cake off the shelf and this is down to the fantastic service provided by Curtis Law Estate agents! Staff worth every penny ?

Curtis Law helped me to sell my house quickly and for a good price. They gave lots of good tips for making the house presentable, the quality of their photos was phenomenal and the listing looked great. They charged exactly what they said they would, and everybody I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

Estate agents don't have a good reputation, and in fact we were being pressured by another agent when we contacted Curtis Law, and they changed our experience. They gave us a value which was optimistic (higher than the other agent) because we weren't in an immediate hurry to sell, so we were very happy to test the market. In the event, they found us a buyer immediately at that price (thanks Danny), they kept us updated when anything happened (thanks Jessica) and altogether they were professional and reliable at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.All that, and they charged half what the other agent would have. Got me a better price and charged me less for doing it - what's not to like?

Why 3 StarThe estate agent was okay and kept me updated etc. I used them as they were nearby. I wish I'd used another conveyancing firm though.Let's be honest many houses sell themselves like mine did they just added it to Zoopla etcYes they did manage viewing etc and keep me updated via text and email this lulls you into a false sense of security to agree to using their solicitor arm for conveyancing.The worst thing about the experience was the estate agent is just a portal to get you to use their abysmal conveyance service with their solicitor arm. This was horrible. I've bought and sold 8 houses in 20 years so I know when it's rubbish.There was no communication in conveyancing at all only right at the end when things needed signing ( ie they were ready to get their hands on the fees ) which is very poor. I know this is about the estate agent but it's a a way to lull you into their solicitor arm steer clear. I mean Danny and co were let down by referring me to their solicitor arm
