Bought a fridge today from this Curry's branch but they also sold me some Energizer batteries by telling me they were free with the fridge but they weren't. They lied to me. ZERO Star for bad business practices.

This place would get a zero star if possible. Customer Service is shite, full of staff doing nothing, others apparently too busy to help, helping others but us, no stock in store. We'll never step foot in one of these chains again. So Currys you've lost a big sale and any future ones.

Shout out to Currys Blackburn and their staff! Especially to Luke who is an absolute star! Not only we got professional guidance and advise, but he also helped us with two of the staff to take our new TV out and when the box did not fit in our boot, Luke stayed after working hours with me and my daughter until my husband went to bring bigger vehicle to take our new TV home. It was on a Sunday end of the working day. This lad is a credit to the store! And thank you for everybody who helped us!

I bought a Phillips air fryer from this store, the service I got from Jamil was second to none, he explained everything to me in detail and even carried the appliance to my car for me. Absolutely Disgraceful Service from Currys Blackburn ? Still Waiting for Reimbursement After 3 Days Off Work
I am incredibly disappointed with the appalling service I?ve received from Currys Blackburn. I?ve now lost three days of pay due to their repeated mistakes and lack of communication ? and despite this, they are refusing to offer any compensation.
My friend Billy and I ordered a 50/50 integrated fridge freezer in-store, providing exact measurements. The delivery was scheduled for Sunday, with Billy set to install it on Monday ? so I took a day off work to accommodate the installation.
To my frustration, Currys delivered the wrong product: a 70/30 split instead of the requested 50/50. Mistakes happen ? I was willing to be understanding. However, what followed was completely unacceptable.
A second delivery was arranged for Tuesday, with a time slot between 10am and 2pm. They turned up two hours late, and unbelievably, they delivered the same incorrect model again ? another 70/30.
That?s two days in a row they delivered the wrong item, despite clear instructions and measurements provided from the start.
This forced me to take a third day off work, causing me to lose even more income. My friend Billy reached out to Currys to request reimbursement for our time and inconvenience. Their response? Refusal to compensate, coupled with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
As someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade, I?m shocked at how poorly Currys treats its customers. If you can?t get a simple order right ? not once, but twice ? and then refuse to acknowledge your error with any form of compensation, it speaks volumes about your company?s values.
Unless this is resolved promptly with appropriate reimbursement for lost wages and wasted time, I will be escalating this further and will never shop with Currys again.
