They started closing off at three, although they are open until five,
They obstructed the exit, I was concerned since my father is disabled and falls a lot and relies on a walker and needs room.
I confronted the staff and was lectured about how much they have to clean and would not be able to get out in time.

The coffee and service normal Costa standards. Unfortunately the place needs an overhaul. The chairs are all odds and end's and is in disgusting condition. It just comes across as dirty and univiting. Do normally go here anymore.

They gave me coffee in a broken cup and refused to replace it. one of the workers is not friendly at all. I visit Costa all the time, but this one was the worst.

Clean and quick service. Stuck in the middle of an atrium there's not a lot to say about atmosphere but it's a handy place to meet or take a break from shopping.
