Disappointed with management, but staff were great.
Visited to collect and refund part of an order. Meriam helped me last week and was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, and sorted my size out no problem. Aysha today was equally helpful and processed my refund quickly.
Unfortunately, Elaine (the manager) was dismissive and quite passive aggressive throughout. When I gently explained my order had been delivered, she initially argued it hadn?t, only to later find it in the back and then profusely apologise.
I stayed polite, but it felt like I had to convince her my order existed. She even said, ?You probably hate me,? which isn?t appropriate or professional. I don?t hold grudges, but the tone and attitude didn?t feel customer friendly.
Meriam and Aysha deserve the praise here, they?re the reason I?d consider shopping again. Management could learn from them.

Helpful at first, offer to measure my child?s and made recommendations but then when we needed to pay just run away didn?t say anything and then called me rude when I asked.

Came in to purchase some school shoes for my kid as they?re on their way back to school next month and I couldn?t find the perfect fit or perfect shoes but Arzoo was able to help me out. Very patient, knowledgeable & friendly. Thank you.

Went into the Blackburn branch of Clarke's for some winter shoes. I was greated with a chearful hello and lovely friendly smile. The lady was called Julie and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her she went above and beyond to help me. Her knowledge was very helpful and she helped me pick a winter pair of shoes.Also a big shout out to El who was really friendly and helpful .In this day and and age it's not very often you get such good customer service like I experienced today. Both Julie and El are an absolute credit to your store and it was a pleasure to be served by both young ladiesDavid Puzon
