“I recently went to Burnley O2 store to cancel my mother's contract as she is not with us anymore, the service I received by the Store manager AISHA was atrocious and not helpful at all. AISHA was very rude and obnoxious. As someone who has worked in the telecommunications industry I feel she is not capable of even the bare minimum communication skills never mind managerial skills ,my 8 year old could have done better. I came to the Blackburn store to resolve this issue and the service I received was WORLD CLASS from entering the store to leaving. I can not speak highly enough of the help I received from Nas,Issy and Umar. THANK YOU O2 BLACKBURN”

“Massive shoutout to Sal. Another provider was useless in helping us setup broadband so decided to give BT a go, at the end of our tether for it all. Sal was busy patiently helping an old lady use her phone so all credit to him, he got us set up with broadband in no time and provided us with multiple options. What a nice guy. It’s a shame more companies don’t have people who actually care like this. Cheers Sal!”
