I've been coming here for ages on a regular basis, spending lots of money and I've donated loads. I thought I had a great relationship with the staff. I was a friendly, loyal customer.However, the first time I had a query about a purchase they needed to check CCTV and confront me before refunding me the £4 (which I had to spend in store anyway.)I was SO insulted. Due to being treated in this ridiculous way I won't be coming back!

The staff arent great but its a nice big store with lots of clothes, kids toys ect even some furniture. Thr prices were cheap.Theres a large free carpark outside

Good items but bluddy hell the staff are so miserable and not helpful . You?d think as it?s a charity shop there customer service would be nice . I come here every week to let my kids buy a toy . I spend so much in here . But the workers make you not want to go back ?????

Called in while visiting the area. This 'superstore' of a charity shop is vast and easily the biggest we have visited. Great to see a charity based store mixing it up with the so called 'big brands' on a retail park and more than holding its own alongside them aswell. A lot of things are £3 or less and the '5 for a £1' on a massive collection of cds is just brilliant. Among the clothes there is also brand new clothes & accessories to cater for adults & children alike. The other half of the shop is for household items, such as furniture & electrics. All in all a great find and if you leave here empty handed I will be very suprised. Worth a visit ??

The shop is spacious and always clean and tidy. New items are displayed on a regular basis and the prices are brilliant.Whenever I need a collection the van always collect within a few days.

The items are very cheap and some are even brand new with tags. However the staff seem somewhat disinterested with customers and talk to each other while serving me.
