I'm sad to give this 1 star...The staff in the shop are lovely but really disappointed with the delivery guys. There is a clear sign outside the door to remove shoes. They did not remove the shoes. I politely asked them to wear the shoe covers that are provided at the entrance but the refuse and they told me that they are not allowed to due to health and safety. I have worked in retail before, this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. And then the guy said to me he can leave it outside...I wanted to tell them to take the items back with him but my wife said its ok. I am quite shocked, I didn't even ask you to remove your shoes but you instead prefer to bring your stinky shoes in my home where my baby crawls. I'm really disappointed and will never be coming to this shop again.

missed off a item on delivery ,ie actually sold it to someone else after our purchase ,store wouldnt own up to mistake ,darren needs training on customer service ,as no opology was given ,and decieved us as to what was happening ,first item delivered was damaged ,and purchase value was added twice on bank statemaent ,no opology off manager ,he needs retail training ,as he did not want to get involved ,was informed this happens quite a bit ,had to ring customer service to sort out ,despite getting a cheaper relacement ,we have felt hard done by ,and had bad retail experience ,heart foundation are a good cause and charity but let down by a unexperienced and deatched manager

Extremely helpful staff. Recently bought two settees, a coffee table and some drawers. All in great condition and recently cleaned. delivered promptly and with friendly delivery staff. Would definitely recommend.
