The night staff here are fantastic! I often visit after work between 11pm and 1am and due to the incredible staff find myself actively going for a chat and a catch up with the staff while they work the nightshift. Aneesa, Sarah and Jen are incredible; having a familiar face to see after a long shift is always great, and these 3 never dissapoint. I can say that their attitude and dedication to customer service has undoubtedly made me choose to shop here after work, rather than just heading straight home. It's fantastic that it's 24hours, but that's only made effective by the welcome of the three mentioned rather than a typical, grumpy nightshift worker. I spend ridiculous amounts of time chatting with them at ridiculous hours of the morning, but this never gets in the way of them completing what needs doing, serving other customers and ensuring a job well done. The change to Londis hasn't been one that's looked on positively, and I think many will agree the M&S is missed, but like I say, it's down to these 3 that the business still has my custom, and I'm sure that's the same for so many people. The shop itself is always clean, tidy and as mentioned the staff are attentive. The price of petrol is locally famous as being more expensive than anywhere else, but factoring in convenience helps subside that negative - but I just wanted to focus the review on the Aneesa, Sarah and Jen to show appreciation for their company and laughs, and hope that management can see this and appreciate what I hope are extremely valued members of staff.

Judging by the previous reviews concerning staff chatting away to eachother whilst serving customers, the issue is still present.On numerous occasions over the past two years I have experienced ignorance and gloom. Staff have selected the wrong pump price because they are either not listening or concentrating.I hardly receive a 'Please' or 'Thanks', so after this mornings transaction, I am no longer filling up with BP and taking my custom to the Shell garage a few miles away where the staff are much friendlier.But, little do BP care because it's all about the profits and sweet nothing to do with customer service.

Handy selection of m&s products, but very expensive and very limited parking. Sometimes have to wait a long time to be served. Staff generally polite.

Just had the misfortune to lock my keys in the car whilst filling up here.Went to tell the guys what had happened and that we had called the AA, and they put a cone behind our car to highlight it as a hazard and then gave us a brew on the house. Real gents, thank you Guys

I visited the station to complain that the carwash had not washed my car properly only to be told that they were were that the machine had run out of soap. Despite this the garage continued to sell carwash vouchers
