I visited your store on the Townsmoor Retail Park today I was very impressed by one of your staff Angela, she was so friendly and very helpful I have always used No7 makeup but needed advice because I wanted to change the products I used and also choose a lighter shade I came away very pleased with my new makeup having taken Angela's advice on what would suit me.

Just dropped in to buy a few Christmas presents at Blackburn Townsmoor store. When I got home and checked my receipt I realised I'd not collected the offer thinking it was 3 for 2. It was 4 for 2 but the assistant never said anything. So i paid full price for 3 items. Really sneaky Boots, you need to train your staff to actually support your customers and have some values and ethics.

I love going around boots for body care products but this one lady behind the checkout must be in her late 50s really puts me off , she never smiles always looks grumpy like she doesn?t want to work there and if you ask her about a product it?s like you?ve upset her because she basically doesn?t want to answer. The other staff are amazing it?s a shame this one lady let?s the whole team down.

Tried getting antibiotics today 2 kids at the counter had a negative attitude and were determined not give me antibiotics and actually didn't even know the reasons to give antibiotics and had to look it up...what a disgrace..please update your website so people don't waste their time coming in your store

Large spacious store that is well stocked, with instore pharmacy. At times more staff are needed at checkout to reduce the amount of queuing.

My encounters with Sabiya at Boots in Blackburn have been consistently abysmal. Her customer service is shockingly poor, demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. On multiple occasions, I've experienced an utter lack of engagement and a rushed, dismissive attitude. It's disheartening when a staff member not only fails to address customer needs but also creates an environment that feels unwelcoming. This level of service is unacceptable and severely diminishes the reputation of Boots as a customer-friendly establishment.
