Some lovely staff but there?s one girl who has to ruin it for the whole shop, I?m not sure whether she?s racist or just rude in general but everytime she sees me she stares me out and gives me filthy looks. Not sure what her name is but she looks around 18, very very rude girl with no customer service skills whatsoever, she doesn?t have a clue how to communicate with people in a kind way. She once practically rammed me out of the way with a trolly full of stock whilst I had my pram with me. Very rude individual

Given this number from 111 who state Boots Cobden Court are open today.
I need an emergency prescription for my husband and have completed the online forms from 111. Advised to contact pharmacy prior to going to the store to ensure the meds are in stock.
Have been ringing pharmacy for approx 2 hrs but no reply also no reply from general enquires.

Terrible service today, was supposed to receive a free lip gloss after spending over £25 on Maybelline products like advtised on their shelves and I didn't, and when I questioned the cashier about this she rudely brushed me to one side, the receipt says I was served by Aallyah.

Went in today to do a bit of Christmas shopping and their 3 for 2 products are all labelled with Christmas presents on to make things easier for customers. Great! Makes life easier you'd think?Sadly not, went to the checkout and they've labelled things up with the box whilst also doing a half price deal but haven't actually put it through the system properly. Ended up standing around for 5-10 minutes in a queue followed by another 5 whilst they failed to solve this issue.Bit of a false advertising issue going on in this store and the staff don't seem to care that this is the case.I do like boots, but felt like a review was needed as if something is labelled as one thing and you expect to charge your customers more, well that's not going to keep me coming back.2/5
