Bad experience. Brought a car in July and they were nice when talking. Gave us the car with faults in it that they did not make us aware of which was the tyre. Went twice after I brought it to the Audi showroom , rang them a few times telling them there?s an issue with the tyres when I brought it. We had a one year warranty and after I brought this car they said I have to pay an extra £1000 to fix the car tyre issue. My car was in showroom for 1 week for them to see the issue . They did not make it and carried on saying we have to pay £1000 even tho the car was faulty right as we brought it . Also they gave the car with no matt and they said they would order it for me. Rang every week to ask them where it was and they said next week every week. Ended up giving our matts to someone else and make us wait longer . Till to this day I still haven?t received it . Very bad service over all do not recommended to anyone

Abysmal Service Experience.Arrived to drop my car off for servicing at Blackburn Audi (having booked with a courtesy car over 2 months in advance) they had no available cars, so it was a wasted trip. I came back a month later to resolve a 360 Camera Issue which was then made worse after a software update they had applied. They also completed chargeable work I did not ask for. I reported all this to the Service Manager as a complaint and never got a response. I have since been to another Dealership who have resolved issues with both the camera and the radio. It turns out Blackburn Audi had incorrectly updated software on the MMI and Controller Units and uncoded the radio which is why they were not working. Even worse Blackburn wanted to charge £700 to strip the MMI/Radio/Cabling to diagnose.

Recently purchased my new car at Audi Blackburn with Nick Wright!Couldn?t thank him enough, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and to the spec I wanted, sorting out my Audi connect after I had collected the vehicle a couple of days later as I disconnected it by mistake, and then sorting out my reg plates too to put my private plates back on.He really is the best car salesman I?ve ever dealt with, and if anyone wants a non-pressured look at cars and chat/laugh, go and see Nick!

One of my worst experiences ever. You will never get a courtesy car from Audi even if you ring 2 or 3 months in advance. Owned Audi for 8 years but never again because of the service. They Wana save every single penny regardless of how much you spend with them. Good luck to anyone and the whier worst customer service in Blackburn.BMW MERCEDES always offered a suitable replacement when car given for service or repair but in Audi they look at you like you are a begger and you still won't get a replacement. Be aware they have team of experts who know how to rip you off. Always get a quote from THE RAC OR AA before they diagnose your car for extra cash

Terrible. I bought a car from them. It came stinking of smoke (which they covered up and sales did not disclose), their so called 151 point check has no value - the sat nav did not work on arrival. It was meant to be serviced, however they forgot to do the brake line oil which was due. It took 2 visits to my local Audi center to get sorted and another 12 hours of my time. They did pay for that though. Also the car was sold to me with questionable mileage for the condition/mpg (mileage blocker) but was not possible to prove. Really there is zero attention to detail. They even forgot to put the service records in the national Audi database, which I had to chaise up several times. Just buy elsewhere if you can.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dealt with Jonathan Cartwright from Sales regarding an approved used Audi A6. Faultless service from first contact to collecting the car. Would definitely purchase from Jonathan and this Audi dealer again

I've just bought a S3 from Neil at blackburn Audi.The car is fantastic but I found a slight issue.phoned Neil and he had my car in straight away and fully sorted the issue.couldn't get better service. 5stars.
