Absolutely disappointed after today's morning shopping!!! 5 o'clock morning I did my shopping through the app scan&go loaded all items to my shopping bags I went to machine to pay for it and then!! nobody there I was waiting like fool for somebody to come and sort it out my payment. Then woman who came she told me this system scan and go not working morning time ??? really!!! where is information about that!!! So she scan everything again and finally I was late to work. This is all about unqualified staff in shop!!! I checked over the phone with Asda and that should be allowed all the time. Asda time to think about getting train people.

Store is badly laid out.
Toilets were revolting, strong smell of urine and excrement on the floor. Tissue all over the floor, cubicles, walls and facilities very dirty and well below a basic standard.
Toilet seats do not fit the toilets, urine on floor and all over the seats. Vile.

I went on the day after a bank holiday so stock levels were low on some items, none of the "scan and go" tills were working and there were problems trying to checkout items at most of the self service tills

Multiple issues with the shopping experience including the fact that the online prices are lower than the in-store prices, many items often not in stock and quality of fresh fruit has gone down recently. Also, not enough staff available when wanting to query something

There were so many customers waiting for the checkout but all the tills were not opened! Poor managing and poor check out process! Very disappointed and wasted a lot of time!

It is really a good shopping centre for multiple purposes. Excellent grocery, bakery, good reasonable Crockery, dresses and many more sections available here. World food is also there.

I shop here every week and I always go to a cashier as i like to chat to who is on the tills over the past months I've been chatting to a lovely lady called diane on the tills as we both have cats and we always ask each other about them if there are any problems recently i lost 1 of my cats and this lovely lady was so comforting with the beautiful words she said diane is a lovely lovely person so helpful and kind diane is a credit to your store such a lovely caring person thank you diane for everything x

What has happened to Blackburn Asda? It?s cold, but it?s always been cold but theres not much on the shelves mainly empty boxes and don?t get me started on the state of the toilets. 4 toilets and everyone filthy. I?ve seen cleaner at festivals. That?s at 8.50 in the morning, dread to think what it?s like later in the day. Keep away!!!
