Third time I have been to Blackburn Asda as per the opening times and each time the kiosk has a sign saying ?stepped away from the counter? and a clock displaying return time. Today I arrived at 2.09pm and another two ladies shortly after me. Once again the sign ?stepped away from the counter was displayed. The return time on the clock was 3.30pm. I will not be returning to Blackburn Asda again for travel money.

Very misleading and disappointed with Asda travel money as I checked online to see instore rates and it states that you get 1.13 rate but when you go into store they only give you 1.10 which makes quite a big difference when you are changing quite a lot. Could have got alot better rate elsewhere and will not be using this again. Wouldnt even give it 1 star. Makes sure you ask what rate it is before buying.
