Can't fault Billy enough at aquamania. He was brilliant, catered to everything we wanted whilst giving us some brilliant advice. Can't fault him at all. Not the first time we have bought fish from here and certainly won't be the last.

I visited the store today with my partner and was greeted by Billy in one of the aquatic sections of the store. The store had a good layout, good selection of fish species as well as reptiles.Billy was attentive, respectful whilst remaining professional.? Most definitely will be returning in the future.

The fish sales are is in a terrible state, I've had fish from here in the past and had problems with them dying, after my visit the other day I won't be going again, I wouldn't recommend buying fish from here but I guess it's ok for buying accessories etc.

Online orderOne item out of stock in my order, I spoke to Ashley and after he explained the delay with this one item I decided to cancel this item and Ashley arranged to send the remaining order by courier to speed delivery up. He transferred more frozen fish food to the order instead of putting the out of stock item on back order as it?s a manufacturer issue not a retailer issue.Thanks Ashley for your prompt service. First time using Aquamania Superstore but 5 star service so will definitely be my live/frozen fish food supplier from now on. ?

Bought 5 fish yesterday woke up this morning 2 are dead tested the water and its perfect all tests coming up as safe had heard rumours about this place but wanted to put that aside and see for myself wish I'd listened 60 quid down and 2 dead fish won't be coming back

What a lovely place!! Amber who served us was really helpful and lovely ? after reading some bad reviews it put me off coming but decided to give it a try and I did not regret it, all animals are in clean environments and all look very happy, I think people forget it?s a petshop and they are in temporary homes till they are bought. We will 100% be returning here :) Thankyou Amber for a lovely experience ?

Not been in years but today I'd thought I'd go down to see there selection of fish good selection yes algae on the tanks expected if lights are gonna be on for customers to see what's in there.. okay staff should be maintaining the tanks but all in all in the fish department decent selection and decent prices
