Very poor customer service and rude Assistant store manger called BILLY. I tried to get some friut bags from an open box , he shouted to put them back and take from what remaining on the shelf. However, The shelf was blocked by him and a large trolley. When I said why talking to me in this way he said im the manger and just go away from here "disgusting customers". I returned back and got some bags, but he followed with a rude mannner trying to intimidate and provoke me.. He was not not professional at all and he behaved in a childish manner. When I got frustrated from his bad behaviour, he called the security man who was blindly on BILLY side, and said to me: BILLY as an assistant store manger does not want you to shop in the store, I said ok and left. I went to a different store where the staff treat customers with full respect. I hope Aldi upgrade the quality of its staff when selecting them.

I found this store contained all the things I expected a store of this nature to contain. Items had been organised by type rather than, say, alphabetically or by colour. Great variety, but one star deducted because it turns out you have to pay for the goods. (Awks!)
Update: it's still there.
Fairly spacious store with a strong showing in refrigerated goods.

One of the worst places for customer service.. some of the staff are rude,(generally the Caucasian staff) ill mannered and unapologetic.. very unhelpful and abrupt in there attemps to help. Susan at the tills is rude and grumpy.. find another job if this one doesn't suit.

DONT WORK IF YOU ARE FINDING IT HARD......
Usually majority of the Staff very helpful but one person can spoil the atmosphere..
