It’s a fab country pub - oldest in Lancashire - so do remember to duck walking through the doorways! The food here is really good - plenty of choice and plenty of flavour - and is heartily recommended!

Superb birthday meal last night for a party of 9, perfect atmosphere, fantastic choice of food which was all delicious. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Thank you for making our celebration very special

We were recommended this pub by a gentleman we met while driving through the countryside and were pleasantly surprised to find they served food till 9. Excellent service, excellent food and a lovely establishment. We shall be visiting again.
