Lovely view of Pendle. Great hot chocolate. Be careful, the tea room is in the garden around the back, I walked into their house!

What a spot! Been meaning to come for a while, and it did not disappoint. Lots of outdoor seating with some sheltered. Brilliant service and very tasty home made food - the pie was delicious. Brilliant view of Pendle, but also a full view towards Burnley. Great place!

A quick Google for a nearby coffee shop highlighted this establishment and what a lovely location for a coffee and bite to eat. The coffee was a basic coffee (no-one options for expresso/latte/cappuccino, etc), parking would be limited on a busy day and customer toilets looked like a porta cabin ..... trying to give a full and honest review ! When we arrived I was expecting a cafe but the seating area is at the back of the building in the relaxing garden with great views and covered areas to sit when wet. The food came quickly and was really nice (toasties and curry pasty), served by friendly staff. A really lovely find and great place for a break.

Had a wonderful time at the Tea Gardens. Basha's delicious cheese pie, chips and peas. Hubby and friend had Dean's very own Pendle Pasty! Perfect! It was pouring with rain, but cosy and dry in Dean's Den with the gorgeous gardens in front of us and spectacular views beyond including Pendle Hill. Dean and Basha are the best of people. It's been great to see them and a pleasure to dine there. Will be visiting again soon.

Absolutely beautiful place to sit outside in the sun, or even beautiful in rain cause you can sit undercover. Is a hidden gem.
