We instructed Sophie at RVB to design and supply products for all the bathrooms in the house we were building. From our initial contact to post completion, we couldn?t have been more impressed or happy with the service provided. Sophie always listened to our ideas, but most importantly gave us her honest professional opinion on whether our ideas would work or needed tweaking. When things went wrong (as they are bound to with such a large project), Sophie was always available to troubleshoot and nothing was too much of a problem. We now have 5 beautiful bathrooms and a fabulous downstairs wc that have been admired by so many people. We would not hesitate to recommend Sophie and RVB to anyone wishing to undertake a bathroom renovation. We are so pleased we chose them!

What a super talented young lady Jess is!!! She had the task of designing 4 bathrooms for us (1 main and 3 en-suites) After her visit to our home, we were invited to the beautiful showroom to see the designs she had created for us and we were wowed straight away, she had created our perfect bathrooms.The whole process was made seamless, from the initial consultation right through to the installation. The installation team were all equally fantastic, they were respectful in our home as well as friendly and super professional with great attention to detail.I would 100% recommend Ribble Valley Bathrooms and will be using their services again next year for our downstairs cloakroom.

My absolute dream bathroom was created by Jess at Ribble Valley Bathrooms. I had been told by other companies that it was impossible to have the washbasin moved. The showroom at Ribble Valley Bathrooms is absolutely beautiful and full of inspiration. It was so fantastic I thought it must be way out of my budget, but after speaking with Jess and revealing my budget she said it was possible to work within that and create my dream.Jess spent time looking at the old bathroom on site and speaking with me about what my vision was.Wow ....when I saw the design it blew me away ....like she had reached into my soul to produce the perfect bathroom for me. I wanted a warm serene Japanese style shower room. Sean the plumber has done a fantastic job with the fittingThe finished room has completely exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely beautiful.Thank you to Jess and Ribble Valley Bathrooms for making my dream space a reality.

We're absolutely delighted with our new en-suite designed and installed by RVB. The whole process was seamless from the initial design consultation to the installation. Sophie's design completely fulfilled our brief and has certainly given our once dreary, beige bathroom a 'wow factor'. The installation team completed the project to a very high standard. We would highly recommend this company and would certainly use again for future projects.

Quite simply amazing!... from the moment you step into the showroom you are made to feel at ease by Sophie or a memeber of the team. The designs are creative, classy and have the right touch of flare to make the end result a stunning addition to your home.I cannot recommend Ribble Valley Bathrooms enough and have already referred a number of friends and contractors.Sophie never makes you feel like any idea or request is ever to much. She has the patience of a saint! when it comes to designing what will be a key room within your home. Sophie alwyas looks at the little details and ironically it is these that have created the biggest impact, from lighting arrangement to the appropriate placement of niche's.Moving past the design to the delivery element, I can honestly say I have never had more consciencous contractors working in my home. I had reservations as it was already fully decorated and finished to a high standards. The team was an absolute pleasure. They were careful to protect all the relevant parts of my home and cleaned up every night to leave the place spotless. They also brought their own unique views to aid with placement of products and fit / finishes.I can say with abolsutely certainity that I will use Sophie and RVB for any future bathroom projects. The end result is magical!

The team at RVB completely transformed our outdated, spacious 70's family bathroom and compact ensuite! We did our research, and we're really glad we did. If you're looking for a bathroom designer/fitter, then look no further. Abbie produced stylish designs based on our asks and also threw in a feature or two that we didn't even know that we wanted - but now absolutely love (that mirror!). Communication was great throughout and the install team did an excellent job.You exceeded our expectations - thank you :)

I would highly recommend Sophie and the team at RVB from the initial design consultations right through to it being fully finished Sophie has been on hand to help and share her knowledge and experience. We came with a few ideas including a very particular vanity unit which other companies had dismissed helping with but Sophie was able to help source the unit for us! The team helped us think of everything to make sure the bathroom would be perfect for us and also made sure we didn?t blow any budgets! Our bathroom has definitely had quite the makeover and is a room that wows now! Cannot recommend RVB more and look forward to planning more bathrooms in the future!

RVB have designed and supplied two bathrooms for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process, and have recommended them to anyone carrying out bathroom improvements or refits. Sometimes working with design teams can feel daunting, or expensive, but the whole process was down-to-earth and excellent value for money. The team made everything seamless, even during the delays of the pandemic, recommending alternatives and preventing delays. Any work on your home can be stressful, but working with RVB made it streamlined and enjoyable, and my bathrooms are stunning and excellent quality.

Given my partner and I are very much indecisive, lack vision and don?t know what we want until we see it, Ribble Valley Bathrooms (and Abbie) were exactly what we needed.Abbie guided us through the whole process from bathroom designs (making alterations to the overall look after our feedback, until it was just perfect), layout (to optimise space ? we have a small bathroom but insisted on it remaining a family bathroom) and products (to, again, help create the illusion of a bigger bathroom, whilst maintaining a luxury feel).We certainly haven?t been the easiest of customers for Abbie and her sister, Sophie. Yet, Abbie continued to instil us with confidence and enthusiasm about the decisions we (with her expertise and guidance!) were making and how we would love the final finish. She was right. We did and do. We love our bathroom (the bath is my favourite piece!) and have received so many compliments off our friends and family when they?ve come to visit.Thank you, Abbie and Sophie. You already know we?ll be back for the ensuite, once we embark on our extension.

Highly Recommend RVB. Abbie was great throughout, she completely understood the tricky not too contemporary/not too traditional brief we gave her . Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good selection of pieces you won't find anywhere else. Looking forward to visiting again for the next project.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sophie and the team made what started as a stressful experience of redesigning our bathroom space, super easy. It was great and fun working with them to create the bathroom plans and choosing the products. Would highly recommend using Ribble Valley Bathrooms.

I found RVB through a Google search and then when I found them on Instagram and saw their work I knew I had found the right designer. Upon meeting Sophie on site, which at the time was a derelict barn conversion, I talked through all my ideas with her for the main bathroom, downstairs toilet and master en-suite. Having had rubbish experiences before this visit with various bathroom outlets, Sophie produced stunning designs and translated my brief to perfection. Each of the rooms are now a reality and are absolutely beautiful. Sophie, who runs the business in partnership with her sister Abbie, was professional, creative, friendly and patient. I cannot recommend enough the service and products from Ribble Valley Bathrooms. An absolute game changer - thank you so so much for creating the dreamiest of bathrooms.
