Used to be great but recently understaffed resulting in disorganisation, queues and Healthera app no longer kept up to date .Really sad that l have to report this of a once very efficient pharmacy.

Absolutely shocking. Took 28 minutes to answer the phone. My wife called for a prescription delivered to them by her GP 2 days earlier. The pharmacist it would take another 30 minutes. After calling again after that time, they denied all knowledge of ever having received it from the GP. No apology whatsoever. When I then had to make a 2nd special journey to endeavour to collect it later that day my suspicion that the pharmacy had lied b came evident. The package contained 2 labels; one stuck over the previous one dated 2! days earlier. With both of these, the dispensed by and checked by be boxes were both left blank. The only error in this report is the single star for servicel. There didn't appear to be an option for the more appropriate no stars!

customer care and service beyond measure !! 5star rating in the Beresford Road, Middlesbrough branch - especially for Louise.
Found them to be far more helpful than any of the big Boots chemists, and even more helpful than James Cooke hospital pharmacy .

Whitworth Chemist Kirkham. I moved some time ago from a very close by incompetent branded chemist because their service was zero. Now with my new chemist, Whitworths I cannot recommend them highly enough. Efficient, helpful and more than anything friendly? everyone I have had dealings with has been fantastic. Well done team ??
