Unfortunately I am visiting frequently to pick up my husband?s prescriptions the staff are really helpful and always try to obtain all the medications that he needs occasionally I have had to travel out of town but now that they know what he needs they are starting to stock them. Thank you

You now have to wait 48hrs from doctors for prescription now you have to go into chemist 2 days before to order your meds so thats 4 days you have to wait its absolutely mental.

Use the other pharmacy. Omg paid for my prescription was given an owing note, went back to be charged again. Showed them the transaction that when through on my card they would not accept this. Changed pharmacy. They have no idea what they are doing

Slow service even when there isn?t a queue always items missing and staff just don?t generally care wouldn?t go out of their way to help or find solution definitely will be avoiding the place in future

Update. Staff appear at the counter in puffa jackets and sportswear. This is not a good impression. Rubbish left on the floor behind the counter...again, this does not fill me with confidence. The good news is that the queues are reduced and the pharmacist hersellf was courteous and efficient.

Ordered prescription a week before and had to go three times before they were all ready. One item missing and they didn't inform me. Service is so slow even when there isn't a queue.

Elderly parents travelled in from out of town for pre-booked vaccination appointments, only to be told on arrival there were no vaccines available. Poor service. Could have notified prior or not commited to appointment in first place if they cannot fulfil their obligations.

Not fit for purpose. The staff need replacing with people that take their jobs more seriously and show they actually care about their customers. They once had such staff and they were always great but those that replaced them have never stepped up their game. They argue with their customers with other customers witnessing it. They breach GDPR on a regular basis. They close the chemist well before 6pm sometimes and the best one yet, their pharmacist never showed up on Monday morning and they wouldn't even open the doors to let those in that were only their to collect what prescriptions had already been prepared and stored on the shelf ready for collection nor would they give the paper prescription so others could get their meds somewhere else. The current Wells staff simply do not care, you see them laughing and joking in the back when they have a line of customers. No sense of urgency with any of them. You can tell they do not want to be there with their bad attitudes and inability to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Will be writing to head office on this matter.

Well pharmacy used to be an excellent chemist however of late absolutely atrocious service and majority of the time you are queued up outside ?
