Visited the Barnoldswick store today and as always the service was exceptional from start to finish. Fantastic choice of frames and no pressure to upsell unlike some other major optical retailers. The staff and store on every occasion is impeccable and outstanding in customer service. Highly recommend anyone to Vision Express Barnoldswick.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Michelle sorted the initial tests out. Zain did the eye test, which was very thorough. Michelle and the other lady in the shop helped me pick my glasses. I love them. Ordered Thursday evening at 430pm and picked them up on Saturday, same week, at 4pm. Service 10/10 from start to finish.

Michelle was fab making me feel welcome and at ease running through the initial tests. Lorna was there too who is so friendly. The guy was great explaining. everything throughout the eye test in the consulting room. Customer care and support was fantastic. 10/10

A friendly opticians where nothing is too much trouble. From the initial assessment through to completion, everything is explained so that you understand what's happening and what things mean. The optometrist and assistants make you very welcome and give great advice and support on your new glasses. Glad to have this store on my doorstep.
