Used this shop many times went in today ruby serving downright rude standoffish nasty throws stuff at you I asked for a receipt she slammed it on the counter awful customer service I have sent an official complaint to one stop outrageous

I use One Stop on a regular basis, mainly for dropping my evri parcels off and for buying essentials like milk, bread etc...
I always get excellent service from the staff, but one member of staff stands out more than the others. Her name is Karen, who has worked there for many, many years. She is always helpful, friendly and always has a smile which makes a massive difference to a customer. Karen, you are a credit to them.

The One Stop is handy to pop into for bits and pieces, and I use it for dropping off Evri parcels. There is a self-service printer for printing parcel labels. Ruby and the rest of the staff are friendly.

I am a regular at the One Stop Shop and have always had a great experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and make me feel welcome every time I visit.
