Really rubbish experience, ordered food for a specific time slot after work. Got a call 20mins before the beginning of the time to let me know the delivery driver was outside my home. Ginoz refused to take the food back saying it was half an hour away. It wasn't 10 minutes away max. Food was cold when we arrived home luckily delivery driver had waited so it was dry. Always use them but the last time 2 hour wait on a Sunday! Food stone cold when it finally arrived and the drive gave us some one else's order ohh and to top it off charged us wrong won't order again now

Ordered twice within a 4 day period. Ordered via app, so the order is a print out for them. 1st time they messed the order 3 times. Clearly didnt read it properly. Had to ring up twice.2nd time, again ordered via App so they have a print out to read. Messed up yet again. Tried calling them, no answer. In a half hour period i rung 162 times.Consequently i will not be using this takeaway again

Very good portion sizes and food was fresh not like other places where they serve day old rubbish. Delivered very fast and food was hot, Pizza was 10/10 even the kids didnt complain which was a surprise

Me and my partner ordered from Gino'z for the first time last week, and to be fair it was spot on. Tonight however I feel really disappointed we ordered a garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms. It came without mushroom! Also we ordered as it states on the menu 1pc chicken large. Okay so we ordered 2 of these, yeah ok they sent one piece of breast and the other was a skinny chicken leg now sorry but how is one leg a large piece of chicken.
