Really rubbish experience, ordered food for a specific time slot after work. Got a call 20mins before the beginning of the time to let me know the delivery driver was outside my home. Ginoz refused to take the food back saying it was half an hour away. It wasn't 10 minutes away max. Food was cold when we arrived home luckily... read full comment
