Do not use this company they have lost my parcel I?m trying to send to Spain their attitude is ?its lost ? move on !!! No care no interest no phone call it?s lost that?s all it?s lost !! Bunch of thieves problem is now you have to state what your sending in the box so internal thieves who work for delivery companies can now see what?s in the parcel without having to openIt so how many parcels are getting stolen each day ?it?s lost ? move on disgusting and no call from anyone to even try and apologise and how hard have they looked for it ???

Good service, they have contacted us a few times because they have picked up on potential issues with deliveries. And when they do you can actually phone someone up and they are genuinely helpful.Downside is they don't tend to quote for the cheaper carriers, so if it's a relatively low value order our customer often doesn't want to pay the big overseas surcharge !

I'm glad I have swapped from P2Go to World Options. Very good customer service. Very good prices. Only downside is, sometimes we get charge extra for small things. Problem with this is that we can't charge customers again for WO additional fees.Other than that, I highly recommend WO.

Besides good prices and a good portal, you also get excellent customer service! Account manager Lizzie went out of her way to help me with an urgent parcel that got stuck in the system of one of the major couriers. The problem (happily resolved) went on and on, but so did she! I am extremely grateful.

We have used World Options for a number of years and up until January 2021 had no problems. Then they started parcels going missing very unresponsive had to wait months and months to get issues resolved always blaming the courier which it may off been but we are not dealing with them we are dealing with world options, and the latest disaster with yet another shipment has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced so much so I am looking for legal advice. My Advice to anyone is stay well clear

Worst courier broker I've ever come across. Regularly steal money from my prepaid funds without notice or description, even though all my shipments are declared correct with valid weight/size details, they see it acceptable to just dip into your account funds and bill you for things and have a way of hiding it under the radar hoping customers won't notice.secondly the company structure is a joke, people are dumb enough to pay to become employees of this organisation calling themselves franchises, but then offer no autonomy or support to their clients under the franchisee, will regularly hide behind courier t&c's.Will take the mick paying out for claims and asking for regularly updates and constructive communication is just asking too much of this company.I currently have had 4+ instances of money being taken from my funds without consent and without notice.and a few claims, 1 took nearly 10 months to settle and the other is on going 14 months later this company have still not looked after their customers in compensating. the courier said the claim was not filled in time, whose faults that then? when I have been chasing the matter every few weeks since the parcel was sent early last year.Pending court action now, they take the p***

Unfortunately I wouldn't use World Options if you are looking for someone to ship your goods into Europe into Amazon via UPS. They have lost/misplaced and been unable to properly track 3 large shipments of mine worth over £20k and to today, they cannot explain where the parcels are or get them back. Very unhappy with them as once the quote has been accepted you are in the hands of the couriers and World Options have no power to solve problems and always side with the courier if there is a problem as that is where there bread is buttered. Contentious issues like size of a box they say well you should have photographic evidence of dimensions and weights but they say that after the event not before. No guidance notes, no warning.

I sent a request through the website and got a call the next day with information I requested. My contact there Jason was very help in answering all of my questions and arranging for relevant documents to manage the onboarding process. The portal itself is very easy to use if you are familiar with other shipping portals, with some good added functionality. Support was prompt (<30 minutes) when needed. Overall a great experience and a happy customer.

Really happy with World Options. Very reliable and reasonable prices - when we first set up the account the staff were really helpful and friendly, called me straight away to run through how to use the online booking system. Always a quick response to any questions I have. I always book UPS collection and so far there have been no issues! Would definitely recommend :)

Terrible customer service from a company that is supposed to help you with your shipping - they do nothing of the sort! multiple emails and tracking numbers given with exact details and pictures for them to just keep passing us on to different person after different person each one asking the same questions as the previous! there is no management and no one can do anything apart from read a crib sheet by the looks of it - don't bother with them
