A credit to the current owners they have completely transformed the whittakers into lovely place to visit for a drink or a meal.Very friendly mangers, beer is always an excellent pint, food is great and very reasonably priced .Thankyou for doing a great service .

First Sunday tea of the New Year with my daughter's family plus granddaughter's boyfriend. The weekend menu currently has a discount which accounts for the low average price for 3 fish and chips, 2 steak and 1 veggie curry. We went one Saturday night and it was a karaoke. Oh my goodness, what a brilliant night, everyone joined in, including our hosts, Liam and Vanessa, had a fantastic time, will definitely go back.
