terrible service from staff was accused of being rude
when only stating facts . nobody answers phone called 33 times nobody picked up even called when in shop, and again nobody picked up !

Following my third visit for my incomplete prescription the Pharmacist was rude and unhelpful in resolving the delivery of my medication. This is not the first time it has happened and it wont again as I've now removed them as my nominated chemist. I overheard him say he's ''had 3 taxing calls'' prior to me entering the shop and wouldn't be answering the phone again today!!. Disgraceful!. The public face of Well Pharmacies is being dragged down by this branch.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful service in this place, avoid at all costs. I popped in to get some things I needed for my kids today (17th September 2024) and waited at the till then sat down. I was in there more than 10 minutes and not a single member of staff could be bothered to come and serve me. I saw at least 4 members of staff walking around, one emptying a bin, others having a chat - anything but serve the customers. The staff have just cost the owner a lot of money - lost the lifetime value of a customer. Horrible place.

The staff are absolutely useless,Would rather talk to each other than acknowledge customers when they go into the shop,And very rude.Some people shouldn't be working with the public.Especially in a job were you need empathy.

Nipped in as I was walking passed at 5.55, door was open and a customer was being served, only wanted a quick over the counter medicine, come back tomorrow at 9.00, was quickly dispensed to me!

friday 24/02/2023 been ringing chemist over 2 hours for news whether my prescription will be delivered today i even rang the doctor,s surgery they too could not get through i cannot pop to the chemist as i will missed my delivery i am so stressed i will be going to the chemist in the morning and i will be showing them the amount of time,s i have rung them and i will be putting a formal complaint in
