Went to the Accrington branch, manager Tracey was distracted when serving me. When I had to go back with a problem she did not want to know not very helpful at all, in fact dissmissive. Felt like they don't care about the after care and looking after their customers. Now I am in a dilemma in needing lense changing and frames. I will avoid and go back to the ones I was with before. I only went for a change and to look at different frames. There is a 100 day to exchange and for the branch to put this right. I would like to go to another branch but they said they couldn't change them due to Accrington having the paperwork. Very disappointed with this branch I will never go back and I have lost money now........

There is stupid service (sorry to say this) I was 5 minutes late when I came from Blackburn after attending my job centre appointment, they refuse to attend first then the lady said to wait 20 minutes ,I wait there but after 10 minutes she said sorry we can't check you because the optician go for shopping in store.The optician have the time for shopping during duty but not for the customer. They all just waste and pass the time the time only.On my experience i recommend to all not to go there,very bad service.

The team were great!Unfortunately their was a mix up and I had been double booked, but they went out of their way to make sure I was seen.Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful.The optician was helping me complete a form and was again incredibly friendly and polite and helped to not only complete the form but also explain certain things to me and offer advice.Within the appointment he also discussed contact lenses with me, thus saving me from having to have another appointment.Overall impeccable service.

Excellent service all colleagues were very knowledgable, polite, patient and just lovely!The staff gave great customer service throughout my visit, from eye test to choosing eyewear, gave their honest opinions in helping choose the correct eyewear to suit my needs. I left with a laugh and a smile, always a bonus.Brilliant payment plan option which was an added bonus, especially with the cost of living crisis.Will be my go to place for my specs. Just like to say thank you!

Excellent service, very thorough eye tests, not rushed, time to answer questions. Great range of glasses and at good prices too. Even fitted my driving glasses into sunglasses frames! do a re-lensing service to fit your new lenses into your old favourite frames. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. highly Reccomended.

I don't often leave reviews but I have used these guys for years after trying lots of other independent and chain opticians and being disappointed. Will, Fatima and the team at the Accrington branch are just utterly lovely and skilled and make you feel totally looked after. I actually look forward to a visit. My glasses have always been top quality, a really good price and have really stood up to rough treatment. 10/10 ?

So far, so good ? The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Very professional service. I took advantage of their buy one, get another pair half price offer. I haven't got the glasses yet but I'm sure they'll be fine.
