Had a problem with my account. Couldn?t log on to get an add on to use my phone abroad. Jodie the store manager stepped up and sorted the problem in a jiffy. She was very helpful and understanding and was a pleasure to deal with. Can?t thank her enough. Now to get on with my holiday. Thanks again. ?

I visited the Accrington town today and had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Kamran. He was unprofessional, refused to listen to my concerns, gave me wrong advice, and reacted aggressively when I tried to explain. He used disrespectful language in his own language and eventually called security to remove me from the store. I even asked to see the CCTV footage, but he refused and told me I could complain if I wanted, saying it wouldn?t matter. I?ve reported this to the company, but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

Very very bad signal coverage you can have in your phone with three mobile, I'm lorry driver 60%of the parking services all around UK no signal or very very poor signal,on country side the same. if you do not believe that you are free to go and sign up the contract, the big mistake on my life I do wen I signed and have the sim from three mobile, I never have that poor signal coverage on my life,Customer service is unprofessional is well, the store team they are not help with nothing, very very bad company,

I have been with my 3 shop in Accrington for 10 years, I haven't been for years, when I have the staff and everyone where very very helpful and helped me a lot, I will be going again I do need a new phone I wouldn't go anywhere else I would recommend my 3 phone to everyone I am hoping to see them tomorrow I do need some help for my phone and my tablet, see you soon I know you will help me as you have done before.
