Had a problem with my account. Couldn’t log on to get an add on to use my phone abroad. Jodie the store manager stepped up and sorted the problem in a jiffy. She was very helpful and understanding and was a pleasure to deal with. Can’t thank her enough. Now to get on with my holiday. Thanks again. ?
