They stock a good range of products and the store is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I am using this store for many years. For the last six months and I noticed at the till that the club card price for the product it is different than on the shelf. It is happening quite often and it is really annoying. Staff has apologised and refunded me money for the product but never matched the shelf price. Very disappointed.

Use a better delivery service than Uber. Ordered a "whoosh" delivery just for the guy to never come (I have CCTV), cancel the delivery off his own back and return my order to Tesco. Absolutely no reason unless he's just incompetent.

I have given this a 2, as the Store itself (especially now it's been done up) is really nice, and has a wide selection of item's. The staff in general are always nice enough and say high, however there a couple of them that look they have just been dragged out of bed and forced, to go and do a job they don't want to do!The scary thing is, is that the bad ones always seem to be the Managers and supervisors.They could really do with learning there own policies also! After having to ring a few times because of issues with ID (for my daughter). They really do not seem to know what they are talking about.There is never an apology when they make a mistake and never seem to take responsibility, when they are in the wrong.hopefully Head Office (0800 50555) Will be able to rectify some of the problems that the store has, or just train the individuals that don't know how to do there job properly :)

This is our local store and we find it really, really handy if/when we forget bits and for milk, it saves us carrying it back from the big Tesco. I've given it 4? because I find most of the sales assistants pretty miserable to be fair, not all of them are but more are than aren't. However, the handiness of the place and the fact it's open 18 hours, and until 12 midnight makes up for it.
