Considering we are being told to seek advice from pharmacists where we can to ease pressure on GP services this pharmacist here needs to get with the program. He can?t be bothered to come round to the till to speak to customers seeking advice and would rather make people uncomfortable by having to raise their voice to seek advice on potentially private information while he stays sat in the back. Also I was there for my baby and they were extremely dismissive basically telling me to go to the GP when I had been to the GP and they had told me what to buy and I just wanted to ask for additional advice. Shocking service.

Ridiculous I was the only person in que but I had to wait about 5 mins while the staff finished talking to a friend then told I had to wait 10 min which turned into 20 because they where still chatting to each other poor customer service if you ask me

Helpful staff. Well stocked. Nice pharmacy. Only issue I had was the pharmacist insisted I had to buy the branded version of an item rather than the generic which cost me £5 more ?

Polite staff. But when you ask a simple question (like what time do you open) all the person tells is the time they close. Maybe have your staff listen closer to customers so the customer gets the answer to the question they are asking.

A fabulous service from Tesco Accrington Pharmacy. Excellent staff who give good advice and are very pleasant. Prescription is ready in record time & text message sent to say 'ready to collect.' First class service & I recommend them to everyone.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. This so called service has gone from bad to worse. Even my doctors surgery slates them. Meds are not in stock, they don't contact me when they are, I get a tracking number from my doctors and the inept staff at Tesco pharmacy can't find it, (or don't know how how to) That's after telling me that my doctor hasn't sent the electronic prescription through. Enough. Totally inept and incompetent. I won't be back.
