The furniture is very good quality. The reason I don't give 5 stars is we purchased a dining room set in their sale. We were informed we had to have the chairs and bench as it was all part of the set.
Upon delivery, it is pointed out that the chairs do not match. We spoke to the customer service who were getting somebody to call us back- this didn't happen, so we called in a couple of days later.
Spoke to the manager who basically said it is bought as seen and was pointed out at the time of purchase - it wasn't. He agreed that he would change the chairs but they would be more grey rather than beige and he would call us back in a couple of days yo arrange - that was 2 weeks since- still waiting for the call

If you like Christmas you will love this place, stuff costs more than the likes of your b&m.. But still worth a visit sells all sorts wallpaper electrical sofas etc

Very unhappy with my purchase.
Bought 2x 3seater Italian leather recliners Both settee frames broke which were covered under warranty,
Now all cushions have sagged badly.
I have 2 3seater settees that are nearly 20yrs old made by Klausner in better condition, leather worn but structurely sound.
No children in house so not heavily used

Fabulous experience.
My daughter needed a bed.She described to the gentleman what she wanted ,and he showed her the one to suit her.Brought it there and then.Excellent service,passion for the job and great service.
