Have walked out of here several times because they?re always too busy doing online orders. Food has increased in price several times and is far too expensive for what it is. Support local instead.

There was a queue of about 6 people in front of me, i thought this is fine, I'm happy to wait a little, I get half an hour for lunch, more than enough time to order and get food. In 15 minutes, one person was served and left with their food. By this point the queue had grown almost to the door, when a man shouts "are you actually going to serve any of the people in front of you?" because they were more fixated on the online orders, than the people who are physically there in the queue in front of them (who more likely have time constraints such as a lunch break to contend with.)
This prompted them to serve the next lady in the queue. Then instead of serving the next customer the colleague stated "I'll take your order in a minute, I'll just do this online one first." which obvious irked everybody in the queue, even moreso when she proceeded to do it to the next customer too!
Then it came my turn to order. Twenty two minutes after entering the shop. Before I could open my mouth, this worker proceeded to grab a load of uncooked dough loaves and started to sprinkle cheese on top of them. She proceeded to place the dough loaves behind her, before grabbing more dough loaves, and sprinkling cheese on those too. I mean, would it kill you to prioritise a customer at some point today? Finally my order was taken and I left. The point is, don't bother physically attending the shop, you're not a priority. Order via just eat or uber eats or whatever, pretend to be a delivery driver and you'll probably get your food with 30 seconds of entering the store.

My friend and I visited yesterday and the place was tidy and clean and really inviting.
There was a person in front ordering and two servers behind the counter. The male server had gloves on and handled the ham; with the same gloves he picked up a stack of cheese and took off what he needed and put the rest back; he then went to the salad bar and with the same gloves started clearing out the salads that ended up in the wrong compartments; he then picked up the salads the customer wanted and using the same gloves placed them in the baguette.
So a lot of cross contamination. So even changing gloves at this point won?t matter as everything has already been touched by the same gloves that meat was handled with.
Subway Requirements from their website: ?Currently staff at Subway outlets wear gloves and will change them if requested by vegetarian and vegan customers as a measure to prevent cross contamination.?

Food was 35 minutes late and came freezing the bread was hard like it had been heated up multiple times. Tried to get a refund for it as I?ve binned the food paid £25 all together and only got offered £5 back. The phone keeps getting put down on me and I only live a 5 minute walk from subway if I could walk I?d have gone myself?

Friendly staff, bread is good, fillings are great and you get plenty of salad. Fast service but overall a little bit pricey.

Refurbishment looks nice but the new menu is awful and confusing. The staff don't even know the ingredients for set selections. Messed my order up, everyone talks over one another. Worst experience I've ever had at Subway. I won't be visiting again.
