i am 16 and entered this store with my two siblings as i was taking them shoe shopping not even 2 feet into the store i was told we had to leave because of our age i showed my passport and he said my 10 year old brother could stay and buy his shoes but me and my sister had to leave, when asked why he told me children werent aloud in the store without supervision so insisted that me and my sister who is 13 had to leave but was allowing my 10 year old brother to stay, this made no sense as he has previously said children werent aloud in without supervision. someone is clearly on a power trip and i am baffled as i shop in sports direct every week.

Return policy is credit note only for unwanted items - even if returned on the same day. Pretty sure that?s an infringement on consumer rights. Despicable, either way ?

they kicked me out for being short
like i was going to look at the d&d things with my mate and i got in and an employee with black hair and glasess kicked me out for my height yet my mate was allowed to look and he told me there wasnt and d&d stuff.

Tried to return a baseball cap and was told, very rudely, that Sports Direct don't accept returns even with a valid receipt. The manager was even ruder. Avoid this company!

Never use this company! Their returns policy is essentially criminal. If you can, buy from other shops that actually abide by consumer law rather than ignore it entirely if you need to return goods. I wish I could give zero stars for having to take them to the small claims court.

I had an issue with my sons Rugby shoes, the manager was really helpful and went out of his way to get it sorted. He gave suggestions about how to prevent loosing studs etc. Very helpful. Thanks to his help my son can play at his game on Sunday. Really appreciate good customer service thank you.

The store in accrington is really good, but the staff has made it awful, especially the female staff on the shoe section. Non cooperative rude in all ways they don't know how to deal with a customer. There are many other stores they behave well they are competitive like in Bury. Won't mention the names of other stores.

Got bought boxers for christmas, opened them and they were too small, never used them. 15 pound wasted on incorrect sizing. Listed as a small size for men. definitely not, small for children probably. im 5 foot 4 at 148 pounds and these boxers super tight. Im definitly not a medium size, cant refund or exchange. terrible shop and terrible customer experience.
