I attended this store on Saturday 16th Aug for an eye test. Despite telling the optician several times when doing my eye test that I couldn?t see clearly she declared the test over and that my eye sight had improved, which I didn?t believe. I challenged this where she became abrupt. I left and went to Boots who said my eyes had deteriorated! I?ve complained via the online form without any response. I will never darken this doorstep ever again. I would give a zero score if it was available
