Do not buy from this company. I have had to pay for postage and returns which amounted to just under £10 and received a poorly fitting tunic which i have had to return so money spent for nothing. Will never order from this company again. Ridiculous

Very poor quality tunics. Sizing is completely off, if you shop here order four sizes up! By the time you have ordered and returned all at cost to customer you have paid for the tunic twice!

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting 3 months for 2 tunics, where there should have only been a 9 week wait.\\nNo one lets you know anything, there are no courtesy calls, they take your money then you?re completely left in the lurch.\\nI wouldn?t order again, especially if you?re time limited!!

Ordered x2 tunics took a couple of weeks to arrive however tunics are very good quality and true to size. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I have used this company several times and they were great if you needed to return anything if it didn't fit until this time. I ordered 2 tunics which were both too small (their tunics sizes vary considerably) The cost had come to £30 and I had a free delivery code. I had to return them and ordered new sizes. I used the click and collect service to return. They withheld £8.49 from my refund saying £3.50 was the click and collect service charge (which it says in the small print so I expected that) but the £4.99 was for the original delivery charge I had the code for!! Not a happy customer and I will never buy from them again. Customer service just said "nothing they can do about it... please let them know if there's anything else they can help me with!!" What a joke...

I bought some tops that needed to be returned. I send them back on my pocket and then got charged extra £3.5 from my refund? tried to get in touch with them? but weeks went by with no response? it?s not about the money, it?s about the principle? not impressed

Ordered blouses for our reception team in February. Was informed 2 of the sizes were out of stock but would receive within 3 months. Paid for the blouses but 6 months on I am still waiting delivery. Been informed of 3 different delivery dates again today been told will be November (9 months after ordering). No updates received from Simon Jersey have to keep ringing when order not received by date informed. Really poor customer service. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Absolutely horrendous companyPurchased sets of scrubs from them, and now they are threatening legal action for not paying - even though we have clearly paid them! We gave them over £14,000 and in return we get a threat of legal action, and to put the icing on the cake the scrubs didn?t come the way we asked them to. This issue has been happening for OVER A YEAR. Truly unacceptable customer service with an issue that only goes around in circles. I have long-left the organisation that purchased the scrubs, yet I still have to deal with this utter incompetence.Save your money and your sanity by avoiding Simon Jersey at all costs

Awful experience ordered 3 shirts and they never arrived. Customer service useless. Never responded to emails. Had to do a PayPal claim to retrieve my money after a month of no help from this company.

Quality of uniform is beautiful but unfortunately you can never make a uniform order without items being out of stock, making it so difficult to change staff uniform over. Totally unreliable, and what makes this worse, is when asked they don't know when stock will come in.The response time to email complaints are often extensive, and means of communication is low.

Poor quality product. The tunics are made of very thin material, so I'm going to have to wear something underneath as they are see through. The trousers needed adjusting as they had a raw hem and you are expected to alter them yourself before wearing.Would avoid if possible

Not happy at all with the customer service - or entire lack thereof that this company has. They used to be one of the most trusted and highly rated uniform companies in the UK. Over 2 weeks ago I ordered Scrub tops for my job as a nurse. I've paid for them. Delivery time according to the email at the time of buying - 5-7 days. Still no sign of my delivery. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the company other than an automatic email saying someone will get back to me - no surprises - they DIDN'T. Telephone lines are STILL non functional. I am considering calling trading standards. I do not have money to waste on companies which do not deliver.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a set of tunics from their website. From the outset it seemed a little strange, I was expecting to receive my items in full, however without any prior information I only received one item and this left me in a state of confusion, ringing courier service and questioning them about my item only to read information within the package informing me that my items will be arriving separately. When I contacted the company, I was told my items would arrive within 5-7 working days. This could not be further from the truth and after waiting almost a month, I was informed that actually the items were out of stock and I would have to wait another 2/3 weeks!Furthemore, the quality of the items is absolutely poor and I did not feel the quality even warranted the wait for further items.If you want effecient customer service and good quality then Simon Jersey is definitely not the one in my opinion.

Simon Jersey used to be a reputable Company, so I didn't check reviews when ordering a tunic at the end of September. Like everyone else, the money left immediately, but 3 weeks later no delivery and impossible to contact them. What's happened!!?

Still waiting for over £400 of refund over 8 weeks after the order was returned. Now had to contact the credit card company to claw it back. They don?t have a phone number or an email that does not bounce back so no way of calling them. I will not be ordering from them again.
