I needed some advice on a fixture for a bathroom tap, I dealt with a lady called Kim I think, she was so helpful and friendly with some great advice, I wish there were more people like her. One of my best customer help I have ever had.

Staff great & The Pit Stop Breaky Van outside is run by a solid chap with great fresh food, including the fresh steak sandwich with onions - delicious at £4.50 with free tea or coffee

Just want to commend the people at the Accrington branch of screwfix, I had an emergency water situation & wasn't in the frame of mind to be about other people, it must've been quite evident because they seen my demeanour & took care of business, the big tall guy with the beard seriously helped & I don't think he knows how much he did help; I did want to thank him but couldn't at the time. This is my friends account but I'm sure if the staff see the review they'll be aware who posted it but top marks for how they handled this; especially the big lad with the beard

I placed my order through the Screwfix app after checking the availability of what I wanted. I received a text within 10 minutes saying it was ready for collection. Great service and efficiency.

I bought an LED light unit from Accrington Screwfix approx 16 months ago for my garage, it only cost £18 at the time but recently it developed a fault and stopped working. It did say it had a 3 years manufacturers guarantee so I took it back to Screwfix but to be honest wasn't expecting any joy given the length of time since I bought it, I was quite prepared to stump up for a new one and to be told I would have to take it up with the manufacturer....However I explained the situation to the young man at the desk who without quibble immediately provided a replacement and waived the extra £2 that the same unit now costs. My only regret is that I didn't get the staff members name. Fantastic customer service!!

Im dissabled, I got to the counter and was served by a asian lass .I preordered n paid for some light bulbs.I had made a mess of 1 of the orders , the young lass got the book out n took the time to find a pk of bulbs the same size which I thought was extremely helpfull .After paying for them she hepld me to my car with the light bulbs .I could'nt see her name but she gets 10 out of 10 from me .??spot on .?

I purchased a scraper from the Blackburn branch, then a few days later travelled 10 miles to the Accrington branch to purchase replacement blades as the Blackburn Screwfix had none in stock.So I am a 36 year old bearded Asian male, only for the staff at the Accrington branch to refuse me the sale. When I questioned why they said, "they had the right to". I explained I only purchased the scraper a few days earlier from the Blackburn Branch, and they could check my account. But refused to sell me the Blades.Staff where very rude and spoke down to me, I then attempted to resolve the matter via customer services helpline which were no help what so ever.
