I recently moved to Accrington so while I was in town I thought I?d go into the Branch to ask a few questions regarding details & my savings etc, I was greeted by Adam who was keen to help which I appreciated! He answered all my questions & offered the best advice for myself. Not often people are recognised for a small interactions however I thought both Adam & the Branch were fantastic! ??

Had to go in today because my account was going to be made dormant.I'd forgot my pin number and after trying my limit of three times i went to the desk for help.And i have to say the lady called Cath who helped me couldn't do enough.She even came over to the cash machine to make sure i had done it right.I would just like to say you were a very patient helpful person.
