Totally wasted jouney. Took elderly, disabled relative to Accrington branch ( bank insisting he attended in person ). Website states open today until 4:30. Door states shut at 2pm. Whilst i am well aware of Covid causing changes to opening hours at least other companies have the decency to keep their websites up to date. Now need to make second journey
