Absolutely disgusting opening times 8-10 am to collect a parcel! Opening times should have been stated on the red card, wasted journey to collect as when I got there it was shut.Will not choose Royal Mail to have stuff delivered in future there's not point.If you work these times do not work! Business will go bust if this is the sort of service you give your customers....shame on you Royal Mail.

Went to pick up a parcel for collection but the collection point was closed. Before going out in the heat, I checked the website and it states the collection is opened until 2pm. The manager was walking passed and I asked him, he was rude and just confirmed the times on the website are wrong. When asked why are the correct times not added he just walked away! If you are aware the times are wrong is it wrong for you, as the manager, to get the new times updates for your customers? Awful customer service

My first time visiting here today to collect a parcel. Despite not being able to find the place for 10 minutes (my fault entirely for not using my eyes) and also not bringing my red collection card the gentleman could not have been more helpful. Correctly stuck to the rules and couldn?t give me my parcel without the card. He suggested I get the parcel forwarded to my local post office rather than chance a redelivery that I might miss He was helpful, informative and personable. I?m just sorry I didn?t get his name to thank him via Royal Mail website.

Has to be the worst office going somedays we get post then a 2 day break with no post what so ever no wonder they can't keep hold of workers with standards like this it's awful service and a bad way to conduct a service there is nothing royal at all, it wouldn't be so bad if we could pick are ownail up rather than it sits in your office doing nothing but go out of date good job am not waiting on a kidney isn't it

Postman in the picture attached needs sacking. Getting caught on camera pulling faces & shaking his head behind closed door while my pregnant wife is walking downstairs to open the door is not acceptable. If you don?t have the patience, don?t do it no one is forcing you.He knocked on the door at 12:02:16pm and the door was opened at 12:02:40pm.. 24 seconds and he wasn?t happy.
