Incompetent staff who can?t take responsibility for getting an order wrong or offer a replacement or a refund. This is what they delivered. Asked for salad there was a strand of lettuce and a full bottle of mayo it made my pitta soggy and cold

Ordered food last night waited for an hour. Called the restaurant they said they had attempted to deliver it twice. Total lies as me and partner were sat right next to the front door. There was no attempt to put things right they suggested I took it up with my neighbour??? The staff were extremely rude. I will not be placing any future orders takeaways are a treat in this current climate and people can not afford to just give money away for nothing! Extremely disappointed ?

Waited 1hour for delivery. The food was stone cold. Redelivered the food and only delivered half the order. Absolute terrible experience. Never again.

My kids ordered takeaway took an hour and half to come was told it was £18 then told by the delivery guy it was £18.60 they gave him £20 when they asked for the change he just said thank you and walked off . I would've tip £1.40 but it's not the point. I WONT BE USING AGAIN. £1.40 JUST COST YOU BIG TIME

Do not go Pizza Time when you are drunk! Went last Saturday and ordered cheesy garlic bread with chips, hadn't realised until the next day however they had charged me £18.10! Absolute

Always a pleasure to come here. Food is always hot and delicious. Staff are very friendly, and if we get a delivery it's still always hot and delicious. Delivery driver is very friendly and very polite.
