“Rang everywhere yesterday after my husband attended a&e after getting metal in his eye and the dr at royal blackburn didn’t want to remove it until specialist was in on Monday but he was in agony, they suggested ringing round places that could do it which was a lot harder than I thought! A lot are reluctant to do it! I rang boots opticians accy and a lovely lady answered who confirmed they could fit him in the same day. I was so lucky to get him in with an optician qualified to do this not too far away from Darwen. We just want to say thank you he’s feeling so much better really appreciate you getting him in at such short notice and the fantastic service received all round. If the time comes I need glasses or an eye test etc I’ll definately travel the extra few miles to use this store!”

The staff have got me out of a pickle with emergency supplies of medication for my girls' when visiting my mum in Accrington. The provide a 5star service to the community and deserve all the praise. I did not even know who my doctor was, they sorted out the top level 3 of pain drugs and who my doctor was. After the desperation, I want to say thank-you.”
