Some great staff, others couldn't give a toss. Overall it's good, eventually got help from one of staff with what I needed, really polite and took me to the item, girl on the till just didn't want to be there and wasn't interested, might of been because it was 20 mins from closing.??

Please don't ever take your dogs here to be groomed!! Preston branch amazing!!! Accrington branch needs closing down!!!! Had to collect 2 dogs with half a hair cut and one they had cut his ear!!! Seriously unprofessional & bad grooming skills!!
