Awful phone manner and poor customer service! Food ordered for Iftaar and did not arrive. Called the takeaway many times to chase the order however they did not answer the phone. Had to order from another local takeaway so we could open our fast. Very disappointed with Park Chippy Accrington.

2nd time I have ordered both been cancelled even though the takeaway is open. The place is 5 minutes from my home address but cannot deliver so place an order for pick up and stills gets canceled. joke!

Fish delicious
But the chips not good at all really oily tased like there were reheated or dipped twice or maybe old chips

Passing by from out of town and went for their chicken fillet burger meal and must say was impressed. The burger and chips had been freshly made and were both piping hot. Only downside it took about 20 mins to get my food.

I order Chicken Persian chips 2 time with drinks they charge me £18.
No special salad just normal salad and put asian curry on chips.

This is the worse place I've ever ordered from I ordered on just eat and paid for it and they delivered it to the wrong place didn't refund me and tried telling me I've got my order when I gave them clear directions to find me and still they delivered it to the wrong place won't ever order again from here

Ordered food here it took 2hrs to come it was stone cold rang them they told us they would resend the order within 20mins its now been over a hour we ended up taking the food back and waited for it to be made fresh if there was a minus star I would definitely use

Gotta be the best food in the area if you like burgers pizza or Persian..These guys do a 5star chicken Persian and chips .The chips are real chippy chips .The burgers are very nice .For those who may not know a chicken Persian is sorta like a chicken curry cooked with onions and peppers quite mild but very tasty, these guys do a perfect example of what it should taste like highly recommend

The guy on the phone a complete nonce. Messed up my order and instead of apologising, started to give attitude. Food order repeated 3 times and still messes up. Telling me he works 8am till late and never gets it wrong. Im sorry to say but 3 people were with me when i made order as it was all written down. People do make mistakes and i respect that but there is a way to deal with it. Next time i will be coming into the shop to deal with the orders.

Had f&c from this place as everything else was closed after 7pm in the area. Not the best around for sureFish was decent, mushy peas and fries (oily and soggy) were bad.
