As a customer of one stops for many years i was dissapointed that today i have been treat like a thief.
I will say a couple of the staff are fine and ive always been aware of an untrusting undercurrent when i enter the shop ie whispering, filling shelves near me etc but today KAREN decided to come to the end of the aisle with her arms folded blatantly staring at me, if that wasnt bad enough on the way to the till she she does the ?im watching? gesture to a guy that is further down the aisle who i think she is closely related to so maybe she was showing off im not sure (i also worked alongside this guy around a decade ago so yeah extra embarrassment)
Its Disgusting treating paying customers like this, to think i have conversations with the staff there nakes me now think thats all fake.
I get they have to keep an eye on things but today was a step too far, in a day and age were mental health/anxiety are a common theme these staff need customer relations courses. You cant treat people like this Karen

Rude staff who roll their eyes at customers, stomp away and sigh when asked a simple question regarding a product - not something I'd say is good customer service at all. The store isn't exactly clean either.

Absolutely love shopping at one stop - good variety in food and great offers. Good enough if u don't wanna go to the big stores shopping :) customer service always brilliant ?? everyone seems super friendly. Thank you ? keep the good work up

Shelves always well stocked. Soup,
Sauces, Jams, Tea, Coffee.
Cleaning materials.
Cards, Stationery, Magazines.
Wine's and Spirit.
Regular offers that compete with the larger stores.
