As a customer of one stops for many years i was dissapointed that today i have been treat like a thief.
I will say a couple of the staff are fine and ive always been aware of an untrusting undercurrent when i enter the shop ie whispering, filling shelves near me etc but today KAREN decided to come to the end of the aisle...

Rude staff who roll their eyes at customers, stomp away and sigh when asked a simple question regarding a product - not something I'd say is good customer service at all. The store isn't exactly clean either.
