Nationwide lost 3 customers today due to poor handling at this branch of Ukrainian refugees.Despite passports, Biometric Resident Permits and Official Letters to home address with individual names from the Home Office and DWP this branch still refused to open 2 new accounts for Ukrainian refugees. We left and went to Natwest who immediately opened the accounts without fuss.Now not only have they lost 2 new accounts, but I have now withdrawn my main banking with them going forward.What an absolute disgrace of support for the ongoing situation.I fully welcome an investigation by them for this and to be contacted directly regarding this incredible poor service.
