Few days ago received nationalwide 12 million send summer gife 50 pounds , child mum boss Han 6 years member in national wide in uk , first time received 50.00 pounds gift money, child mum use 50 pounds use for one son shopping in Accrington town big tesco .

my grandma has been twice in the past two weeks and I have to say I?ve never heard her have such a bad experience in my life. Noreen and Andrea are so rude to her! Constantly whispering and talking badly to her! Sort it out!

Nationwide lost 3 customers today due to poor handling at this branch of Ukrainian refugees.
Despite passports, Biometric Resident Permits and Official Letters to home address with individual names from the Home Office and DWP this branch still refused to open 2 new accounts for Ukrainian refugees. We left and went to Natwest who immediately opened the accounts without fuss.
Now not only have they lost 2 new accounts, but I have now withdrawn my main banking with them going forward.
What an absolute disgrace of support for the ongoing situation.
I fully welcome an investigation by them for this and to be contacted directly regarding this incredible poor service.
