Multiple occasions the food has been freezing! The waiting time kept on going up every 3 minutes! Paying £25+ to receive ice cold food and milkshakes all melted to like water. REALLY NOT HAPPY! 0/10

Rubbish service, all they need to do is put a burger into a bag along with everything else that's on the order, hand it to the delivery driver and jobs done. But no they can't do that... so their profits go up because they can't do a simple thing like getting an order right. You try and phone and there's no body there to answer the phone. So you message uber eats, they tell you its 15 days to get your money back, fine i can wait. Issue is if I was to order another burger it would cost me more for the delivery charge. Do they care? Nope!

We go to McDonald's to sit in on occasion and quite often we'll order takeout via an app for delivery. McDonald's is always delicious ?
Parking: This McDonald's is right next to the cinema complex so there is plenty of parking available.

Order placed on just eat took over 2 hours to arrive.... still not arrived because delivery driver unable to follow sat nav and needed directions.
Attempted to contact accrington McDonald's via telephone provided online. No one answered.
Poor services.
Will never order from again.

Terrible, zero service! Chavs run this shambles, cold and floppy food, which is usually missing. No customer service. Avoid and make your own hamburgers n fries. I wouldn't even give this to the homeless.

Ordered from here on just eat a few times now and not received most food like can u all seriously not read or something or is it that u can't be arsed cooking more.then ur in the wrong job. Ur a bunch of jokers who seriously need to give people what they ask for times are hard enough so a treat night should be at least where we get what we pay for. Some serious upgrades here needed maybe they should go specsavers to get new glasses cause there's are clearly broken
