Multiple occasions the food has been freezing! The waiting time kept on going up every 3 minutes! Paying £25+ to receive ice cold food and milkshakes all melted to like water. REALLY NOT HAPPY! 0/10

Rubbish service, all they need to do is put a burger into a bag along with everything else that's on the order, hand it to the delivery driver and jobs done.
